No automatic waiver of rental charges or guaranteed replacement should be assumed unless expressly agreed in writing.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Customer Responsibilities<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>During the rental period, the customer is responsible for:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Using the equipment only for the agreed purpose.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Providing suitable operating conditions and safe site access.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Preventing unauthorized use, removal, or transfer of equipment.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Taking reasonable precautions against theft, vandalism, and avoidable damage.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Maintaining required site permissions and complying with applicable regulations.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Keeping equipment reasonably clean and secure, subject to normal operating conditions.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Reporting damage, loss, accidents, and operational issues promptly.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Making the equipment available for collection or inspection as agreed.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Damage, Loss, and Theft<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>The customer must promptly notify Pronomina Engineers Pvt. Ltd. of any loss, theft, accident, or damage involving rented equipment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Responsibility for repair, replacement, insurance claims, deductibles, and associated costs will be determined by the rental agreement, the circumstances of the incident, and applicable law.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>The customer must not admit liability on behalf of Pronomina Engineers Pvt. Ltd. or make commitments concerning an incident without appropriate authorization.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
