Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and site safety.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and the project team.
• Check measurements, material requirements, and manpower deployment.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Ensure timely execution of work as per project schedules.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for solutions.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant experience in construction and site supervision preferred.
• Knowledge of civil construction, drawings, estimation, and quality control.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage site activities efficiently.
