Electrical integration is planned around the generator rating, cable routes, fault levels, protection coordination, load characteristics, and the facility’s electrical architecture.

We support coordination of the fuel storage and supply arrangement, exhaust piping, and associated installation requirements within the agreed project scope. Planning considers fuel safety, ventilation, spill prevention, maintenance access, exhaust temperature, and applicable fire and environmental requirements.

Fuel storage and handling arrangements must be designed and installed in accordance with applicable regulations and approved project documentation.

We support DG set commissioning activities according to the agreed scope and manufacturer instructions. Checks may include visual inspection, electrical connection verification, control-panel checks, ATS/AMF operation, alarms, safety interlocks, and specified operational or load testing.

Commissioning records and handover documentation can be prepared as required by the project contract.

Planned maintenance is essential to keep backup power equipment ready for operation. Depending on the agreed service scope, maintenance support may include inspection scheduling, battery and charger checks, coolant and lubricant checks, fuel-system inspection, filter replacement coordination, alarm review, and periodic operational testing.

Maintenance intervals and replacement requirements should follow manufacturer guidance, equipment condition, and the facility’s operating needs.
